- Shipping on orders under $50 will be charged a flat rate of $5.
- We aim to ship all orders either the same or next day. Orders placed during the weekend will ship on the following Monday. In some cases during busy periods like long weekends or sale events etc we may have a slight delay in getting orders out the door.
- Delivery to major centres can usually be expected within 1 – 3 working days (Every now and then some dealys can happen in the frieght network but this is rare). Please allow an additional 1 - 2 days for rural delivery.
- Orders will be sent via NZPost or New Zealand Couriers. In some cases, orders of multiple products may be split between two different carriers. In this case, tracking information will be provided for each separate item/package.
FREE Click & Collect (Pick-up In-store)

All orders are available for 'Click & Collect' (in-store pick-up) simply select your preferred pick-up location at checkout (Quest Queenstown, Burton Queenstown, or Volcom Queenstown). Orders are generally ready within 2 hours, however you will get an email notification as soon as your order is confirmed ready for collection.
International Shipping - Australia
Orders to Australia are shipped via NZPost International Courier Service or DHL Express.

$45 for order value of $0.00-$249.99
$70 for order value of $250.00-$499.99
$100 for order value of $500.00+

'Oversize' Items:
Oversize items like snowboards and board bags are shipped via DHL Express and are priced on a case by case basis, please contact us and we can provide a quote on shipping costs for your chosen item.
