- Shipping on orders under $50 will be charged a flat rate of $5.
- We aim to ship all orders either the same or next day. Orders placed during the weekend will ship on the following Monday.
- Delivery to major centres can be expected within 1 – 3 working days. Please allow an additional 1 - 2 days for rural delivery.
- Orders will be sent via NZPost or New Zealand Couriers. In some cases, orders of multiple products may be split between two different carriers. In this case, tracking information will be provided for each separate item/package.
FREE Click & Collect (Pick-up In-store)

All orders are available for 'Click & Collect' (in-store pick-up) simply select your preferred pick-up location at checkout. Orders are generally ready within 2 hours, however you will get an email notification as soon as your order is confirmed ready for collection.
International Shipping - Australia
Orders to Australia are shipped via NZPost International Courier Service (target delivery period is generally 3-8 business days). Keep in mind these are estimates only and we cannot guarantee delivery times for international orders.

*Some brand restrictions apply - Burton, Anon, and Analog product is not available for purchase internationally due to dealer agreements with Burton. This includes freight forwarding via 3rd party shipping companies.
**Due to new restrictions on package sizes being shipped to Australia, we are currently unable to ship snowboards to any address in Australia. We are working to find a solution to this so we can resume shipping snowboards to Aus, sorry for any inconvenience caused!
