Returns Policy
If you would like to return your online purchase for an exchange, store credit, or refund, you will need to contact us at: shop@queststore.co.nz WITHIN 14 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE. We’ll email you back with return instructions.

The item needs to be returned in original purchase condition with all original tags and packaging unmarked and in new condition. We are unable to accept damaged items.
- Sale items - we can exchange or provide a store credit.
- All items along with your receipt should be packed in a suitable carton/courier satchel. Please ensure that all items are securely and safely packed as we are unable to accept returns on damaged items.
- We are unable to accept returns on underwear for hygiene reasons.

You will need to cover the cost of sending the product back to us – but we will cover the cost of sending out your first replacement/exchange product if applicable. If you need to exchange the same purchase a second time we will need to charge for shipping costs on this. *Within New Zealand only

If you are sending a product back to us, we highly recommend you use a Track & Trace Courier option. Quest is not responsible for items that get ‘lost in the post’ when being returned to us.
