Returns / Exchange Process
- Complete the Online Returns Form included with your delivery, download a copy of our returns form below.
- All items along with your receipt and returns form should be packed in a suitable carton/courier satchel. Please ensure that all items are securely and safely packed as we are unable to accept returns on damaged items.
- Please courier the item/s back to us at the address below. We highly recommend you use a Track & Trace courier option as Quest is not responsible for items that get lost whilst being returned to us.

Returns / Exchange Policy
- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Items must be returned in original purchase condition with all original tags and packaging, unmarked and in new condition. We are unable to accept damaged/used items.
- Full priced items can be returned for an exchange, store credit or refund. Sale items can only be returned for an exchange or store credit.
- All items along with your receipt and returns form should be packed in a suitable carton/courier satchel. Please ensure that all items are securely and safely packed as we are unable to accept returns on damaged items.
- We are unable to accept returns on underwear for hygiene reasons.
- You will need to cover the cost of sending the product back to us - but we will cover the cost of sending out your first replacement/exchange product if applicable *Within New Zealand only (excludes Snowboards and Board Bags, due to high shipping costs we cannot cover the cost of shipping exchanges on these items). If you need to exchange the same purchase a second time or want to exchange a Snowboard or Board Bag we will need to charge for shipping costs on this.
- If you are sending a product back to us, we highly recommend you use a Track & Trace Courier option. Quest is not responsible for items that get ‘lost in the post’ when being returned to us.
- International returns - The customer is responsible for any (if any) customs duties when returning an item to us in New Zealand.
- In the case of a return for refund, any shipping costs paid on the initial purchase are non-refundable.
- When a refund is applicable, we will process it within one business day of having recieved the return.
- Refund processing times vary and will depend on your bank/card provider.
