How do I join Quest Rewards?

To join the Quest Rewards program either click the ‘Check Rewards’ widget at the bottom of your screen and click ‘Create an Account’.


Click the 'Create account' button next to the cart button top right of you screen on desktop or via the dropdown menu on mobile.


I already have an in-store account, how to I use Quest Rewards online?

All you need to do is create an online account using the same email address, you'll need to create a password for your account by clicking 'Reset Password/Forgot Password' and following the next steps. Once logged in, any credit/loyalty on your in-store account will transfer over and be available as Quest rewards points online as well. 


How do I earn Quest Rewards points?

Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on full priced items either online or in-store at Quest and the Burton Store Queenstown. You can also earn more points online via the ‘Earn’ tab of your Quest Rewards profile, points are awarded for following us on Instagram, Facebook, and referring friends. *Points are not awarded on shipping costs.


Can I earn Quest Rewards points on sale items?

No, Quest Rewards points can only be earned on FULL PRICED ITEMS ONLY. However points previously earned on eligible orders are able to be used on the purchase of sale items.


How do I check my Quest Rewards points balance and redeem rewards?

You can check your points balance and available rewards at anytime by opening the ‘Check Rewards’ button/widget at the bottom of your screen. Each time you shop with us online or in-store at Quest or the Burton Store Queenstown, you will also receive an email with your updated loyalty balance.


How do I use my Quest Rewards?

When you have collected enough points to unlock a reward, click the ‘Redeem’ button on your selected reward in the ‘Rewards’ tab and you will be given a unique one-use only discount code that can be applied at checkout. Rewards are also redeemable in-store, simply give the staff member your account name and we can apply any available rewards to your purchase.


What happens if I return an item for a refund?

Any points earned on an order that is returned and refunded will be reversed.

In cases where points earned on the item being returned have already been used on a subsequent purchase, the reward value will be subtracted from the refund amount and necessary points adjustments will be made and credited back to your Quest Rewards points total.


Do Quest Rewards points expire?

Yes, Quest Rewards points will expire if there is no account activity (redemption of points or purchases) for a period of 2 years. A points expiry reminder will be automatically emailed 30 days before expiry and 1 day before expiry.

Terms and Conditions

Quest reserves the right to modify the Quest Rewards program at any time. This may include changes to program rules, regulations, benefits, conditions, reward levels.

Quest reserves the right to modify or cancel points or rewards at any time.

You will receive Quest Rewards points based on the purchase of eligible product or the performance of a qualifying activity. The points you earn are determined by the price of the product(s) after/if any discounts are applied and excluding shipping costs.

Quest Rewards points will not be earned on sale items or shipping costs.

Points redeemed to issue the reward will be credited back to your account if a product is returned, refunded, or a credit is issued. In cases where points have already been used on a subsequent purchase, the reward value will be subtracted from the amount to refund.

No points will be issued if an order is deemed unauthorised or fraudulent.

No points will be issued on past purchases made prior to the launch of the ‘Quest Rewards’ program.

No points will be earned on the purchase of Quest or Burton Store Queenstown Gift Cards.

Points have no cash value and cannot be converted to or redeemed for cash, either directly or indirectly.

Points are not transferable and may not be combined with points from other program members or conveyed by any means to anyone.

You must be logged in to receive and redeem rewards. Rewards are redeemed as a one-time use discount code.

Points and rewards can only be earned and redeemed online at or in-store at Quest Queenstown or the Burton Store Queenstown.

Only one reward can be applied per sales transaction and cannot be combined with other coupon/promo codes.

You may cancel your Quest Rewards membership at any time by notifying us via email or telephone.

We reserve the right to close your account at any time if there is no account activity for a period of two (2) years, which will result in the forfeiture of any and all accumulated Points. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “account activity” shall mean any purchases, or redemption of Points. Quest shall reasonably determine if an account is inactive at its sole and absolute discretion.

All determinations by Quest and the Burton Store Queenstown shall be final and conclusive in each case.
