If you would like to return your online purchase for an exchange, store credit, or refund, you will need to contact us at: shop@queststore.co.nz WITHIN 14 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE. We’ll email you back with return instructions.

 

  • The item needs to be returned in original purchase condition with all original tags and packaging unmarked and in new condition. We are unable to accept damaged items.

  • Sale items - we can exchange or provide a store credit. 
  • All items along with your receipt should be packed in a suitable carton/courier satchel. Please ensure that all items are securely and safely packed as we are unable to accept returns on damaged items.
  • We are unable to accept returns on underwear for hygiene reasons.
  • You will need to cover the cost of sending the product back to us – but we will cover the cost of sending out your first replacement/exchange product if applicable. If you need to exchange the same purchase a second time we will need to charge for shipping costs on this. *Within New Zealand only

  • If you are sending a product back to us, we highly recommend you use a Track & Trace Courier option. Quest is not responsible for items that get ‘lost in the post’ when being returned to us.
