Is there a Click & Collect option?
There sure is! If you want to purchase items online and pick them up from our Queenstown store, you’ll just need to enter your shipping address as: Quest Queenstown, 27 Shotover St, Queenstown. As soon as your order has been filled, we’ll send you an email to let you know that the product is ready to pick up. If you have any questions, email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you ship overseas?
We’re not currently set up for international shipping, but we are happy to look at this on a case-by-case basis. If you’re located outside of NZ and want to purchase an item, email us at: email@example.com and we’ll see what we can sort out.
How do I apply my Promo Code?
When you click on ‘Check Out’, you’ll see a ‘Discount’ box on the right hand side of the screen. Type your Promo Code into the box and hit ‘Apply’ – this will apply the discount to your items.
What if the product I purchased is faulty?
Get in touch with us straight away on: firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll always honour your rights under The New Zealand Consumers Act, but each individual item will have a unique warranty period as per the manufacturer. Don’t worry, we’ve got your back!
Can I get a refund on a sale item?
We can exchange or provide a store credit on sale items, but no refunds sorry.
Do I have to pay for shipping if I return an item?
Yes you will need to cover the cost of returning the product to us. Quest is not responsible for any items that get ‘lost in the post’ on their way back to us – so we recommend that you use a Track & Trace Courier to return the item.
